Darth Vader Photostudy

Here's another Photostudy from "The Empire Strikes Back". This time of Darth Vader.

Amazingly, this is actually the first time I ever painted Darth Vader and man did that helmet give me some trouble! However, it was a good challenge and I learned a lot from it!

This did take longer than I wanted just shy of 3 hours. Between the helmet and the lightsaber's fx and perspective I got a little side tracked. No matter though, tons of fun as always in Photoshop Enjoy!

Asajj Ventress

There's a couple different versions of her when it comes to her design, so I tried to mix the elements that I liked from both and then do my own little spin on her. I wanted to keep a certain bit of beauty to her, though I found that difficult to do lol Anyways hope you enjoy!

Mater Yoda

Hey everyone! Here's a painting of Yoda I just did! It's about 60% Photoshop and 40% Painter! I keep experimenting with Painter but I don't think that I'm going to use it 100% yet....but maybe one day lol :)

Sith Revenge

Been fighting the flu now for the past four days but thought I'd take a second and force myself onto the computer to post my latest painting.

I had the idea to do a female sith warrior holding the severed head of some sort of monster. However, it eventually turned into this idea that this sith was originally one of the Hutt's concubine slaves. She eventually escapes and is trained in the ways of the dark side of the force and decides to exact her revenge on the Hutt that was once her master. That's why she's crying, since she's experiencing this evil sense of joy in exacting her revenge even though it brings back all the bad memories.

If you look closely you'll also notice that she has some veins and discoloration on her face, a byproduct of the dark side of the force and its power coursing through her veins.
